revisited
by wandering through a long ago
neighborhood
differences
and abundant similarities
still rental properties galore
majestic oaks towering above
human built dwellings laughing
and I found an old friend
my neighbor who loved me when
I was so down
I was out.
My heart was warm as I thought of her
many kindnesses to me.
